2. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is processed through our website, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn. Donors are requested to double-check the amount and details before making a payment.

3. Refund Policy

As a non-profit charitable trust:

• We do not offer any refunds for donations made through this website.

• Requests for refunds will not be entertained, as all contributions are considered final and are used for ongoing and upcoming trust activities.

• In case of technical error (e.g., double payment or incorrect deduction), donors may reach out to us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Such cases will be reviewed, and any resolution will be at the sole discretion of BHS.
